Bugatti Bolide
Bugatti revealed the Bolide in 2020 as an extreme, track-only hypercar built around its signature 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine. Designed without the weight and regulatory constraints of road-legal vehicles, the production version delivers 1,600 horsepower while pairing a lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque with 3D-printed titanium structural components and aggressive track aerodynamics.
Limited to 40 units, the Bolide represents the most focused circuit-oriented expression of Bugatti's W16 architecture. The car features specialized cooling systems, carbon-carbon racing brakes, and a stripped-back cabin tailored for track use. Alongside the W16 Mistral roadster, the Bolide marks the final iteration of Bugatti's quad-turbo sixteen-cylinder engine as the brand transitions to modern hybrid powertrains.
