Bentley

Bentley Motors was founded in 1919 by W.O. Bentley. Since 1946, the British automaker has been based in Crewe, England, where much of the vehicle assembly and interior craftsmanship is still completed by hand. The brand built its reputation on a distinct combination of high-output engineering and long-distance touring comfort, a character forged through early racing successes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the 1920s and 1930s.

A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group since 1998, Bentley focuses its current lineup on three core models: the Continental GT grand tourer, the Flying Spur sedan, and the Bentayga SUV.

As part of a broader transition toward full electrification, the company recently retired its signature W12 engine. Its modern lineup now centers on high-performance V8 and V6 plug-in hybrid powertrains.
